ABOUT US

Our role is to assist you in identifying defects in new homes whilst in the process of being built. We do a visual inspection of the dwelling, and depending on the stage of construction, write a report based on the Building Code of Australia, Applicable Australian Standards, Domestic Building Contact Laws, The Guide to Tolerances and Standards 2007 and Manufactures Installation Instructions.

Our role is to look at the house as if we owned the dwelling and to provide you with the tools to be confident in your position with your builder.
