In 1991 Vivek Perti started his accounting journey while still in India. Having migrated to Australia in 2004, he became a CPA in 2009. Vivek founded FINKONSEL in 2013 after having the opportunity to improve and correct a loan advice provided to a logistics company and a retail business during the Brisbane floods of 2011. Vivek established FinKonsel on the ethos of providing “FIN”ancial solutions through ”KONSEL”ing. Finkonsel has two divisions- Lending and Accounting Services. The main clients of the Accounting Services division are IT and medical professionals and property developers.

In 2020, FINKONSEL had the privilege of becoming a CPA Practice- a recognition given to CPA led businesses in the financial services sector. As a member of the NSW state council of Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA), Vivek is committed to introduce new to industry brokers who are keen to provide customer-oriented loan solutions. Our accountants and mortgage brokers are based in Queensland, Sydney and Melbourne and we pride ourselves in servicing clients throughout Australia and overseas.
